AOO Events Nominated for Five Spotlight Awards!

What a way to start the New Year!

When I returned from the holidays I learned that three members of the AOO Events team had been nominated for Spotlight Awards by Events Solutions magazine. This is quite an honor for all of us! Since a picture tells a thousand words, I thought I'd show you a few photos of the events for which they were nominated.

Tom Budas

Nominated for: Marketing Professional of the Year
The photo above is from The Heart Foundation fundraiser honoring the designer Valentino. Tom worked with the foundation to help market the event.

Jahon Pilichowski Nominated for: Rising Star
Above is the G-Loft, Gatorade's launch of a new product during the Super Bowl. Jahon was an integral part of our design team on this and many other amazing projects during the year.

Zaid Arriola Nominated For: Event Producer of the Year

This photo is of a Bohemian event that Zaid designed and produced at the Miramonte Resort and Spa.

A hip hop bar mitzvah we produced this year in Detroit.

And as you go through the ballot, you'll also see that AOO Events is up for Event Company of the Year and I'm up for Creative Director. These nominations are also very special as they reflect the team effort that helps support me, AOO Events, our clients and the events we produce together. To me, the recognition for our work in 2009 makes us winners already.
