An Apple A Day...

My previous post talked about how this event spread through the Internet, but I also wanted to revisit this event further today and focus on its design. In the five years that I have been traveling to various ISES chapters and conferences to speak, this was one of the most impressive.

This was an event created by the ISES Arizona chapter which is only three years old. The design of this particular meeting was a collaboration between Shadow Mountain Productions and Kool Party Rentals each of whom spent a lot of time and money to impress the ISES folks.

The apple theme throughout was very clever. They mixed it with tan elements in one area of the event and with all white on the stage. Beatles songs were playing as guests entered the room and it set a perfect tone.

I have to admit, I felt a little like Steve Jobs when I took the stage!
I promise to blog more on the theme of my seminar which was Creativity and Profitability. Watch for upcoming posts.

More great uses of apples.
A passageway from one part of the event to the next.

I never get tired of black and white as a theme (here it was just used in one area of the event as the designers were showing off many great looks and possibilities)and here Kool and Shadow Mountain did it very well with clean lines and no accent color, not even apple green! I appreciated the boldness of the look.

My sincere thanks to everyone at ISES Arizona, Kool Party Rentals and Shadow Mountain Production Services and to Kelvin Photographer for his outstanding photos and generosity with them. Great work everyone. I look forward to visiting you again!
